Surepass builds identity verification and KYC APIs used by lenders and fintechs across India, so its own teams handle live Aadhaar, PAN, bank account and video KYC data every day. Any AI tool an engineer or support agent uses touches that kind of data by default.
The setup
Surepass runs NexusNest self-hosted and air-gapped. As a design partner it tested the product early and gave feedback on what an identity-verification company actually needs from redaction and visibility tooling.
What runs today
PromptWall redacts customer PII and KYC identifiers before prompts reach ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot. NetLens gives the team visibility into how AI is used day to day.
